Our Standard Package & Schedule:
- Retention Pond (if applicable): 3 cuts – spring, summer, and fall
- Shrub Trimming: 3 trims – spring, summer, and fall
- Mulch Bed Maintenance: typically includes installing fresh mulch in the spring.
- Flowers: annual flowers installed in the spring and summer and maintained on a monthly basis.
- Mowing: 28 cuts scheduled per year for warm season grasses. Weekly during the summer and bi-weekly during the spring and fall. Cuts per year vary for cool season grasses depending on the weather. (Generally needs more than warm season grasses.)
- Irrigation Control: we manage the appropriate amount of water for the property to promote optimal turf health.
- Parking Lot Maintenance: includes prevention of weeds from growing in the asphalt or cement. Also includes trash pickup for litter in the parking lot, done on the same frequency as mowing.
