Pricing Transparency

Tired of calling around, trying to get a straight answer on pricing for lawn service? We are committed to providing pricing transparency to our clients. We offer over the phone and same day mowing estimates. (New houses can be the exception to this as they do not show up yet in satellite images.)

• Currently, our average price per cut for mowing is in the $60-$70 range.
• Minimum rates for mowing are $50 for weekly service and $55 for bi-weekly.
• One time cuts start at $75 for lawns that take 20 minutes or less.

While we use lot size and location to estimate pricing, we also have to factor in required man hours for each property. This is why a half acre property that is flat with minimal obstacles will likely cost less than a similarly sized property on the same street with a fenced-in backyard with multiple flower beds.

Current hourly rates range from $60-80 per hour depending on the specific service and including required drive time.

We can provide mowing estimates over the phone though we’re not able to “lock in” your price until after the first mow in case there are any unanticipated factors that could increase our time on your property.

Landscaping projects for non-mowing clients start at $500. For our mowing clients, projects start at $250.

We offer free estimates for landscaping projects though we do charge $100 to schedule a consultation. The free estimates cover simple-to-price services such as mulch installation and shrub trimming. Consultations cover situations where our clients might be unsure of what they need or want custom landscape design. We take time to listen to your needs and make recommendations accordingly. Consultations include a work proposal within 48 hours of the visit.
